Mission

Real estate has become a dynamic sector in our country due to the increasing urbanization rates, and the demand for trained and specialized professionals in this field is steadily growing. This program aims to specialize individuals from various disciplines such as urban planning, architecture, engineering, business, and economics in real estate finance, marketing, appraisal, and law. By providing education in these areas, the program aims to enable individuals to specialize in real estate development.

To foster an interdisciplinary perspective in the field of Real Estate Development, to conduct advanced scientific research, to contribute to practical applications, and to cultivate proficient experts for the future real estate industry – this program aims to establish itself as a robust platform with strong sectoral and international connections.

Degree

Students who successfully complete this program are eligible to receive a Master's degree in the Department of Real Estate Development.

Admission Requirements

The admission to the program is subject to the conditions specified in the COMU Graduate Education and Training Regulations and the Application Principles for Graduate Programs of COMU School of Graduate Studies. The language of the program is Turkish. Student admissions are conducted for the fall/spring semesters each year.
